caltam84 asked:
And how about the spiciest pepper you have eaten?
I am a big fan of spicy food and condiments, and I’d like to know what type and name of hot sauce is the spiciest you had.

The hottest I’ve ever had that was bottled was something called Huy Fong brand “Sriracha” hot sauce. That stuff is so hot that I can’t use more than a few drops on anything I’ve eaten with it. Way hotter than habenero Tabasco brand sauce!
The very hottest though was some home-made sauce I had at a friend’s house in Mexico when I visited him. Most of the food he served us was flavorful but kind of bland. Then he got out his sauces he’d made himself and let us try some. They varied from sweet and tangy and not at all hot to something so hot that one drop of it on a chip burned my mouth for the rest of the night. Even milk and a plain tortilla (my usual cure for stuff that’s too hot) only helped a little bit. I don’t know what was in it as he said it was his “secret family recipie”, but it was really hot.

Dave’s Insanity, probably… it’s somewhere around 200,000 Scoville Units (a hundred times hotter than original Tabasco)
This link will tell you some other deadly ones, along with their Scoville rating:

Kaitaia Fire from New Zealand. It’s unbelievably hot but still enjoyable.

the best hot sauce I’ve ever eaten is from the mexicans who sell mangoes and put “picante” and lemon juice on it. the hottest pepper I’ve ever eaten is a ball of fire pepper. you have to cut a tiny piece off to cook with it.

This brand of jolokia pepper hot sauce from a festival called Jolokia Haze. It wasn’t that spicy (by my standards anyway, mostly everyone else wouldn’t even go near it, or even the ones a level or two below it), had a nice tingle of heat to it and a great flavor.
