Do it to as advertisting for your primary purpose and profit as a secondary goal. Selling a few bottles below cost on an auction site could pay off if you get people to visit your site and if they refer their friends. Or work out a deal local spicy restraunts where they have your bottles with your company logo (and web address) on the bottles. Identify any restraunt trade magazines or journals that may be out there and see how much it costs to get an article written about you, or how much the advertising rates are I would say sell a few bottles on ebay or yahoo auctions, etc, to get your name out there.
